My Thoughts
All of the volunteers are great, and every so often a shining star appears. Such is the case with Larry
Fernley. It was a hot horrible day down in the hole. Larry was drenched and tired. I told him without
the Dimple Wrap I would have to call off the stoneslinger and the inspection and the backfill. “Well,”
says Larry. “Then let's do it.” And he stayed and we got the Dimple Wrap installed.

The efforts of all our wonderful volunteers got us this far, and without their hard work and dedication
we would not even have been considering installing the Dimple Wrap. But when that last push was
needed, and Larry was the last man on the job, he stayed and got 'er done.
And, so, as the old song goes: “Hats off to Larry!”

And hats off to each and every volunteer for working so hard to keep us on schedule.
