Trim, grill, doors, basing and casing!

A GREAT DAY OF ACCOMPLISHMENT WITH ALL THE VOLUNTEERS BRIAN MCDONALD WAS ABLE TO GET IN TO THE SITE TODAY!


VOLUNTEERSSITE SUPERVISOR HOWARD RUTTAN
NAN ALLEN, TED DAGLISH, DEBBY DRAPER, GARY HAMMOND, SUSAN HEMMING, PETER HEMMING, OWEN MELLOW, DON RAMSEY, KEN WETTLAUFFER, MIKE GUIRY, DOUG PATTERSON, WILLY FLETCHER. 

CONTRACTORS: CHARLIE AND LINDA NUNN COMPLETED THE FLOORING INSTALLATION THIS MORNING. BOTH UNITS LOOK GREAT WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK, AS WELL AS THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL.

ACTIVITIES: INSTALLING TRIM IN BOTH 1014 AND 1014A. 

BASE AND CASING IS ALMOST COMPLETE IN BOTH UNITS. 
IT WAS CROWDED AT TIMES BUT EVERYONE WORKED  IN TEAMS, IN GOOD HUMOUR AND ACHIEVED IMPORTANT RESULTS.
                    DEBBIE WAS BUSY CLEANING THE WINDOWS, PICKING UP MATERIAL AND INSTALLING  VENT GRILLS.
                    MOST DOORS HAVE NOW BEEN INSTALLED.

NEXT: COMPLETE TRIM INSTALLATION.
          FILL NAIL HOLES AND PAINT TOUCH-UP.
         WESTERBY TO CONTINUE WITH SIDING INSTALLATION.
         BRENT QUARRIES TO DELIVER FILL FOR FRONT OF HOUSES.
         BEDROCK TO GRADE FILL.
         CREW FROM ADAM ELECTRIC TO INSTALL ALL ELECRICAL FIXTURES INCLUDING WIRING HRV AND SUMPS.

Editor's note: Of course, there are behind the scenes people who volunteer daily.
Brian McDonald coordinates volunteers. 
Dyoke Huyssen has been arranging for 2 snacks and lunches for the volunteers since the project began in May!
Various volunteers who have delivered meals all these months.
Then there are the ladies who make lunches in the church. The reason they use the church is because they mee the Ontario Food Premises Regulation 562/90.
