Daily Log:
Nan (The Bala Timex) got us started. The day started off a little cool but warmed up nicely. Brian was a little concerned with the number of people that were to show up. Keep the faith Brian it looks like Bala will be there when we need it. We had a great turn out 11 people. This enabled us to finish all the fire blocking in the trusses, all the fire blocking in the basement, the stairs were finished. Then when all that was done, they jumped right  into working on installing the exterior foam. What a "Crew" what a day. Great job people.

Action / Follow up Items: have ordered the insulation from Wisemillers to be delivered tomorrow morning.

Next Day / Week Plan: Build frame for knee wall in basements Finish tyvek  and foam  on upper part of peek walls . 2 pieces of concrete left to do in front of 1014A   Then onto insulation and dry wall. Additional framing for the roof that was missed.

Elves in the pm 6-9:30

Volunteer Requirements: lots of projects for Volunteers.

Materials / Tools: need Hammer drill and more drills for installation of framing for knee wall, concrete board, drills for drywall.
